One of my new year's resolutions is to exercise regularly. Okay, such promise was broken on the first week of 2014 because of my damn flu. Then again, I hope I can get back on track this week.
I know that exercising regularly this year would be a bit of a challenge as I will, in God's will, be taking the bar this year. So I had to go back to doing something which is not as stressful but as effective as other exercises: Pilates.
I've done Pilates back in 2008/2009 and that was the thinnest I have ever been. I don't know why I have stopped doing it.... well maybe because I have been addicted to other exercises but it was really effective for me. This was also supported by my cousin who said that practicing pilates regularly gave her a thigh gap! You see, I have a pear shaped body and getting a thigh gap is never easy.
So let's see where I go with this commitment to Pilates. :)

I have been writing theses, dissertations, terms papers and other academic essays for the past seven years. But it was only lately that I realized that I truly have the passion for writing.
Thus, I have always wanted a blog. Years ago, I told myself that I wanted something where I could share something more significant, other than what happened to me today, the status of my love life, my rants, etc. but something that is not too serious like politics and other current events.
The compromise? I want to share things that I commonly encounter in my daily life - the places where I eat, the things I buy, etc. - just like the lifestyle blog I saw earlier. This is one of my dreams. I may have actually started it a year ago when I wrote a review of my experience in Bikram Yoga Manila.
Maybe I could start with this blog and eventually expand? Or should I create a new one?
Hmmm.
I'll deal with that soon. Teehee.
For now, I've got bigger problems to worry about. :) I shall RemRev now.
